Welcome to

Dr. Paul M. Lewandowski

Currently, we're taking new patients, so they're able to experience what our Boonton Township, NJ has to offer. We utilize natural treatments that work with your body to get to the source of your pain, discomfort or other symptoms. Our chiropractor,  Paul M. Lewandowski, DC, DACBSP, understands chiropractic care and has a firm belief in the power of realigning and optimizing the body.

Our Practitioner

Dr.  Lewandowski  is a board-certified chiropractor and has his Diplomate American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (DACBSP). He began practicing as a chiropractor in 1985, which means our chiropractor brings more than 30 years of experience to our facility. In addition to our chiropractor, the rest of our staff is also highly trained. We pride ourselves on providing quality service as well as patient education, so you have all the tools necessary to lead a healthy and pain-free life.

Our Services

Chiropractic Adjustment

One of the main treatments our chiropractor uses is a chiropractic adjustment. This particular treatment consists of our chiropractor moving the vertebrae in your back manually. The chiropractor moves them, so they realign with the discs in between them. This takes pressure off of the nerves and surrounding tissue that may be irritated by a spinal misalignment. The spinal adjustment encourages blood flow throughout the area, so the back receives the nutrients it needs to heal if you have an injury.

Spinal Decompression

Spinal decompression is a nonsurgical type of motorized traction that helps relieve back pain. The specialized table allows the lower half of the body to adjust and move according to the parameters set in the computerized program. Gentle pulls on your spine using a motor, relieves pressure on the discs in between the vertebrae.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is another treatment we offer. This chiropractic care treatment relieves tension in the muscles. The massage therapist uses special maneuvers that loosen tight muscles, which has the potential to relieve pain. Massage therapy reduces inflammation. It promotes blood flow to the area, which ultimately leads to a better recovery since the nutrient-rich blood supports optimal healing.

Exercise Therapy

Our chiropractic clinic uses exercise therapy to help increase your strength and flexibility while reducing your pain and discomfort. Our chiropractors will guide you through exercises tailored to your condition. The exercises increase in difficulty as you begin to heal. The exercises encourage blood flow to the area.

At our office, we offer other treatments such as cryotherapy, which is comprised of freezing temperatures used to treat your pain. Our chiropractor may also use interferential electrical muscle stimulation, microamperage neural stimulation, moist heat therapy or diathermy.

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
