Dear Friends,

It’s that time of year again! Time to collect Holiday Toys for underprivileged children. Hopefully you’re interested in participating. This is the 16th year I will be doing the drive with my family for St. Peter’s Home for Boys and the Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter.

St. Peter’s Home is dedicated to boys ages 8 – 18. They live in a structured loving environment. They carry on with all the normal activities of school and athletics. The Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter is dedicated to the protection of women and their children.

To say these children need help is a gross understatement. This year we are collecting

NEW UNWRAPPED TOYS and NEW WARM CLOTHING.

Ideas for donations: Gloves, scarves, socks and sweaters; athletic equipment, gift certificates for movies, video or music; stuffed toys, books, toiletries, McDonald or Burger King gift certificates are all items in the past which were well received and appreciated. Please refrain from toy guns, or toys of violence.

All you need to do to organize a toy drive in your place of business is to have people bring these items in to your business or to my office. I will be picking up & dropping off all gifts on Thursday, December 15th.
